It has been almost a year since COVID-19 caused much of our economy to shut down. Since re-opening in June, we have had plenty of time to develop the perfect set of safety procedures for those visiting our spa. Enjoy a safe and relaxing stay at RELAX with our current visiting policies.
Step 1: Book your appointment online or over the phone.
This may go without saying, however we are currently asking guests to check availability online or over the phone rather than walking in to book an appointment in-person. Please visit https://relaxthespa.com/booknow to check our availability and to book online or call us at (585) 412-4994. You may also book online with our AI Assistant or by downloading our RELAX The Spa app. (Apple App Store // Google Play Store)
Step 2: Call us when you arrive for your appointment.
We ask that guests remain in their vehicles instead of immediately walking in. Instead, please call us at (585) 412-4994 to let us know you have arrived.
If you can answer “no” to the following question, you may come into the spa 2 minutes before your appointment time. Please make sure you are wearing your mask.
- Are you currently in quarantine?
Step 3: Health check.
Unless instructed otherwise by one of our front desk staff, you may come in 2 minutes before your appointment time. Upon entering we will conduct a health check that includes a few questions.
Step 4: Relax and enjoy your appointment!
We are back to offering our full spa menu. Book your favorite treatment and enjoy a relaxing day at RELAX The Spa.
Best Practices While Inside the Spa
- We are currently not allowing any food or drink inside the spa.
- Masks must be worn at all times; however, they may be taken off during a massage while you are lying face down. They may also be taken off during a facial.
- Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you enter the spa.
- Please note, our quiet rooms and showers are currently closed.
- Also note, spa provided robes and towels are currently unavailable.
